Local WhatsApp groups for mothers
Weekly advice emails
Product recommendations and affiliate links
Discount codes and special offers
Access to recommended businesses and specialists
Events and meetups
3. Eligibility
You must be:
At least 18 years old
A mother, expectant mother, or primary caregiver
Located in areas where we operate
Able to participate respectfully in community groups
4. Account and Payment
4.1 Registration
Provide accurate and current information during sign-up
One account per person
Keep your login details secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
4.2 Payment Terms
One-time payment (promotional price if applicable)
Payment processed securely via Stripe
Prices include VAT where applicable
No recurring charges or subscriptions
All sales are final except as outlined in our refund policy
4.3 Refund Policy
14-day money-back guarantee: Full refund if you don't like your group for any reason within 14 days of group launch
Full refund if your group doesn't launch within 30 days
Refunds processed within 5-10 business days

No refunds for removals due to community guideline violations
5. Community Guidelines and Group Participation
5.1 WhatsApp Groups
Groups are private and invitation-only
20-50 members per group
Respectful communication required at all times
No spam, advertising, or inappropriate content without permission
Maintain confidentiality of group discussions and member information
5.2 Prohibited Behaviour
You agree NOT to:
Bully, harass, or intimidate other members
Share discriminatory, offensive, or harmful content
Spam or advertise without explicit permission
Share personal contact information of other members without consent
Screenshot or share private group conversations outside the group
Use fake profiles or misrepresent your identity
Solicit money or promote pyramid schemes/MLMs
5.3 Reporting and Enforcement
Members can report concerning behaviour to leah@mama-collective.com
We investigate all reports promptly and confidentially
Three-strike policy: Members reported for violations three times will be permanently removed without refund
We reserve the right to immediately remove members for serious violations (bullying, harassment, illegal activity)
Decisions regarding removals are final and at our sole discretion
5.4 Group Matching
Groups matched by baby age (within 12 weeks) and location
We aim to launch groups within 30 days
Groups will have between 20-50 mums
Group composition is at our discretion based on compatibility and location
6. Acceptable Use
6.1 General Conduct
Use services only for their intended purpose
Respect intellectual property rights
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Maintain the security and integrity of our systems
6.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Use services for illegal purposes
Attempt to disrupt, hack, or gain unauthorised access to our systems
Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
Use automated tools to access our services
Interfere with other users' experience
7. Content and Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Content
Mama Collective owns all website content, branding, and proprietary materials
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission
Our service names, logos, and trademarks are protected
7.2 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post in groups
By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use content for service improvement and moderation
You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to share any content
We may remove content that violates these terms
8. Privacy and Data Protection

9. Affiliate Links and Recommendations
We may earn commissions from affiliate links (clearly disclosed)
All recommendations represent genuine opinions
We're not responsible for third-party products, services, or transactions

10. Events and Meetups
Event attendance is optional and at your own risk
We're not liable for incidents occurring at events
Event cancellation policies will be communicated separately
Appropriate behaviour expected at all events
11. Service Availability

We strive for reliable service but don't guarantee 100% uptime
Maintenance may occasionally affect availability
We'll provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance
11.2 Geographic Limitations
Services currently available in select UK locations
We may expand or limit geographic availability at our discretion
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Services provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We exclude all liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services
We don't guarantee specific outcomes, friendships, or experiences
We're not responsible for member behaviour or group dynamics
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mama Collective from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of services or violation of these terms.
14. Termination
14.1 By You
Request account deletion anytime (subject to refund policy)
Remove yourself from groups at any time
Cancel within 14-day guarantee period for full refund
14.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
Violate these terms or community guidelines
Engage in harmful or disruptive behaviour
Provide false information or create fake accounts
Fail to pay applicable fees
14.3 Effect of Termination
Access to groups and services ends immediately
Certain provisions survive termination (intellectual property, limitation of liability)
15. Changes to Services and Terms
15.1 Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
We'll try to minimise disruption to existing groups
15.2 Terms Changes
We may update these terms occasionally
